Information we process
Reasoro may process your name, email, profile information, authentication identifiers, PTE practice question content, submitted answers, extracted context, analysis results, feedback, usage and credit events, browser/device information, and security, diagnostic and audit logs.
Google sign-in
Google authenticates you and our authentication provider receives basic account information needed to identify your Reasoro account. Reasoro does not receive your Google password and does not request Gmail or Google Drive access merely to sign you in.
Extension data
When you invoke a Reasoro feature, the extension may read or capture relevant content from supported PTE practice pages, including question text, choices, submitted answers and visible context, to provide analysis, maintain question records, prevent abuse and diagnose failures.
How we use information
We use information to provide authentication, educational analysis and scoring, learning guidance, history, beta credits and limits; maintain reliability and audit logs; detect malicious input, prompt injection, fraud and abuse; improve Reasoro; and respond to support and feedback.
AI and service providers
Requested analyses may require sending relevant educational content and learner answers to AI providers. We also use providers for authentication, databases, infrastructure, logging and security. They may process information on our behalf under their applicable agreements.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate and secure Reasoro, provide features, maintain legitimate records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may stop using Reasoro and contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information associated with your account, subject to applicable legal, security and legitimate record-keeping requirements.
Children
Reasoro is not directed to children under 13. Where local law requires a higher minimum age or parental consent, users must meet those requirements.
Third parties and beta
Reasoro is an independent beta product. Third-party practice platforms have their own privacy practices. Features, supported platforms, limits and processing methods may change.
